What will my shipping charge be?

Our shipping fee is $12.99 per order. However, we offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders totaling $100 or more, though if items are returned, bringing the total order value below $100, the initial shipping cost will be charged to the customer. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

What if I don't receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

Check your spam folder-it's possible that your confirmation wound up there. If you haven't received it within 5 minutes, please contact us at http://www.thehisplace.com/contact.php 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Please call us for a quotation Monday-Friday between 10:00AM and 5:00PM.
