Returns Policy
To be eligible for a Return:
- Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in all its original packaging (e.g. plastic bags, suits on hanger, ect.).
- Please do not use a bag/box that does not fit your return properly as the items will not received in satisfactory condition.
- We do not accept returns on shirts with opened packaging (even if it was opened just to try on); Shirts that are returned that have been opened will not be refunded nor returned to customer.

Please note that pants fit can vary slightly between styles, collections, and even production runs. If the size or fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style. However, return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers with excessive returns per order, may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Returns that violate the above conditions may not be refunded and/or subject to a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.
- *All returns must be mailed back to our warehouse. We do not accept drop-off returns.

- If you received a 10% discount on your order and would like to make an exchange, don’t worry—we’ll be happy to honor the same discounted price.
Returns Methods:
Pre-paid Return Label
Return labels are provided for a flat rate fee of $14.99; $21.99 for the West Coast. Simply choose Pre-paid Label in our returns portal and you'll receive an email with further instructions.
Ship with carrier of your choice
Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us and to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that it has been delivered to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. The address for our warehouse is:

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. During the holiday season please allow additional time for returns to be processed. Please allow an addition few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statements.
Shipping is non-refundable.
