At His Place, we believe a great dress shirt isn’t just about how it looks,

it’s about how it fits. Whether you’re getting ready for Shabbos,

Yom Tov, a Wedding, or a full day at yeshiva or work,

comfort and confidence start with the right measurements.

Here's a quick, no-fuss guide to getting them right:

Text Box

Neck (Collar Size)

Wrap a measuring tape around the base of your neck where the collar naturally rests. Don’t choke it tight. Leave just enough space to slide in one or two fingers for comfort. That’s the sweet spot where style meets breathability.

Text Box

Sleeve Length

Start at the center of the back of your neck, then measure over your shoulder, down the arm, ending where the wrist meets the hand. That’s your full sleeve length. (Yes, you might need a friend for this one.) No more sleeves riding up.

Text Box

Chest

Measure around the broadest part of your chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape straight and snug, not tight. This ensures your shirt stays crisp without pulling at the buttons.

Text Box

Waist

Stand naturally (no sucking in). Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist. A good fit here gives you shape without restricting movement. Perfect for a full day of wear.
