Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping within the US.

Orders shipped with the standard delivery option can take up to 7 business days, via UPS or USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding Legal, Jewish holidays.)

Orders received after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 days processing before the order ships out

For guaranteed delivery dates, please use the Expedited Shipping options at checkout.

We offer FREE local delivery to the Lakewood area. Orders are delivered within 1-3 days.

We offer Same Day Local Delivery to the Lakewood area for a fee. Orders placed after 2pm (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered the next business day.

We offer Expedited shipping on all orders; the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

2 Day Delivery 

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PT (excluding Legal, Jewish holidays.) will arrive within 2 business days, AFTER packing and handling is complete. 

Next Day Delivery 

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PT (excluding Legal, Jewish holidays.) will arrive within 1 business days, AFTER packing and handling is complete. 

We offer international shipping. Customers are responsible to pay for international shipping fees. Please feel free to contact our customer support team at support@thehisplace.com. 

We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
