Returns & Refund Policy

We’re happy to help with returns! Just make sure to request authorization within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, please send the item back to our warehouse within 7 days to receive a full refund.

All Returns & Re-Orders can be initiated via our returns portal.

If you’re not happy with your order and need to re-order it, you can choose a new item or size, and a new order will be created for you. You’ll receive a payment link for the new order.

At the same time, you can return your original item for a refund. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • *During the holiday/ busy season, please allow additional time for returns to be processed.*

To be eligible for a Return:

  • Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in all its original packaging (e.g. plastic bags, suits on hanger, ect.).
  • Please do not use a bag/box that does not fit your return properly as the items will not received in satisfactory condition. 
  • We do not accept returns on shirts with opened packaging (even if it was opened just to try on); Shirts that are returned that have been opened will not be refunded nor returned to customer.
  • Customers with excessive returns or excessive returns per order may be subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • Returns that violate the above conditions may not be refunded and/or subject to a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.
  • Please be sure all returns conditions are met as we will be unable to return items to customer once they have been received by our returns department. 

*All returns must be mailed back to our warehouse. We do not accept drop-off returns.

*His Place retail stores are not associated with thehisplace.com and do not accept online returns/exchanges. 

*Seasonal sales are Final Sale. We can not exchange or match sale prices.

Returns Methods:

Pre-paid Return Label

Return labels are provided for a flat rate fee of $14.99; $21.99 for the West Coast. Simply choose Pre-paid Label in our returns portal and you'll receive an email with further instructions. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We DO NOT accept returns on any Boys or Mens Shirts where the packaging has been opened (even if it was just to try on).

All sales items are final sale.

Shipping is non-refundable. 

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. During the holiday season please allow additional time for returns to be processed. Please allow an addition few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statements.
